What We Offer
We take therapy seriously here, so let’s work together to make sure we get it right! After our phone consultation we can discuss what would be the best plan to move forward.
-
Finding the right therapist is important, so let’s connect before you begin your journey to make sure it is best for you. This is a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss broadly: motivation, symptoms, history, and goals.
-
After engaging in the consult, you may be booked for your initial Intake Assessment appointment. In this appointment, we review in more detail: your biological, psychological, and social history as it pertains to therapeutic treatment.
-
Counseling for individuals focused on your specific treatment goals. Our therapists use a variety of different treatment modalities and function from a trauma-informed perspective. Therapy is a collaborative experience, and we look forward to co-creating the journey together.
-
Counseling for romantic relationships with a focus on agreed-upon treatment goals.
While working with romantic relationships, our therapists utilize research-based modalities including the Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Couples therapy goals often include: addressing unhealthy relationship patterns, increasing feelings of connection and intimacy, deepening mutual understanding between partners, and improving communication skills.
-
Family counseling can help families work through conflict, grow together, and deepen relationships.
Our therapists employ a systems approach to address a wide range of topics, helping families work towards shared goals and break unhealthy patterns. Families can look forward to improving communication, resolving conflicts, increasing understanding, and gaining insight into their family system and the lives of individual family members. Family therapy can focus on helping families work through general themes or assist with addressing specific topics.
